Dress Code
The Contra Costa Country Club dress code policy applies to all Members and their Guests in all golfing areas and in the Clubhouse: i.e., golf course, golf practice areas, Golf Shop and Clubhouse. All Members and their Guests shall dress in accordance with good taste and judgment.
Acceptable Attire for All Members and Guests Shorts no more than four (4) inches above the knee; slacks; collared, mock turtleneck and turtleneck shirts; golf shoes with soft spikes; tennis shoes. Shirts shall be worn with tails tucked in. Where hats are allowed, bills should be facing forward. Unacceptable Attire for All Members and Guests Males and Females: Visors and golf hats are unacceptable in the Members’ Grille and Dining Room. Denim jeans of any color are not allowed.
The above descriptions cover a majority of the clothing items that are or are not acceptable on the Golf Course or in the Clubhouse. For items not listed, clarification can be obtained prior to wearing the item by calling the Pro Shop at (925) 685-8288.
Members or Guests who do not comply with the Dress Code will be denied use of the Club facilities. Please assist staff by complying with the dress code.
Cell Phone Use
All cell phones must, if on, be kept on silent ring while on the golf course, driving range, and practice area. Under no circumstances shall players allow their phones to interrupt, delay or interfere with the play of their group or any other uses of the course or practice areas.
Cell phones are not to be used in the Clubhouse, Locker Rooms, Pro Shop, or in the immediate areas of Tee Boxes #1 and #10.
